Use Swing on purpose.

These terms govern your use of Swing, provided by Aspire Labs, Inc. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.

The product

Swing is two things: Rotblock, which configures Apple Screen Time to protect the apps and categories you choose and redirects you when you reach for them, and Morning Mantra, a short morning routine built around text you write. Both require a Swing account. Both are free.

Not medical or emergency care

Swing provides general wellness and productivity content. It is not medical, psychological, diagnostic, or emergency care and does not replace a qualified professional. If you may be in danger or experiencing an emergency, contact local emergency services.

AI-generated content (beta builds only)

The App Store release of Swing has no user-facing AI features, so this section applies only to beta builds distributed through TestFlight. In those builds, some features generate or adapt text using third-party AI models. Generated output can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation, and you should not rely on it as fact or as professional advice. You are responsible for what you write into these features; do not submit other people’s personal information, credentials, or confidential material. We may limit, meter, or change AI-assisted features to manage cost, abuse, or provider availability. The Privacy Policy explains what happens to the text you send and separately discloses optional support-audio transcription.

Screen Time limitations

Protection uses Apple frameworks and depends on iOS permissions, schedules, system behavior, and device state. Swing cannot guarantee that every shield, notification, widget, or direct-open route will appear in every circumstance. You remain responsible for your device choices. Recovery controls must never be used to prevent another person from safely accessing their own device.

Price

Swing is free. The App Store release offers no subscription and no in-app purchase, and nothing in the app is charged to your Apple ID. If we introduce paid features later, Apple will process the payment, the exact localized price and eligibility Apple shows you before purchase will control, subscriptions will renew only until you cancel in App Store account settings, and we will publish the applicable terms before anything goes on sale. Where an earlier or beta build granted paid access, we will honor the period you already paid for.

Accounts and acceptable use

Using Swing requires an account created with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for activity under your account. Do not misuse Swing, interfere with the service, probe security, upload unlawful material, infringe rights, or use automated access except through an interface we provide.

Content and intellectual property

Swing and its original software, design, and content are owned by Aspire Labs, Inc. or its licensors. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Swing under these terms. Factual source links and third-party names remain the property of their respective owners.

Availability and changes

We may improve, replace, pause, or retire features. We will not intentionally remove access to purchased entitlement periods except where required for safety, law, platform policy, abuse prevention, or service discontinuation. Cached and offline behavior may differ from connected behavior.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Swing is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Ending use

You can stop using Swing, delete local data, or delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend service for serious or repeated violations, subject to applicable law.
